Outdoor Living Reimagined
We began outside, where the garden and terraces were completely refreshed. New composite decking was laid across the split levels, instantly giving the space a clean, contemporary feel. To soften the look, we replanted with a Mediterranean touch — introducing a mature olive tree and lavender to bring both structure and fragrance to the garden. The external staircase was re-designed with slatted balustrades, improving aesthetics while also enhancing safety.
The property’s exterior was also carefully restored: we repaired all of the render, repainted the fascia boards and soffits in a modern anthracite, and upgraded the guttering and downpipes to aluminium for a sharp, durable finish.
A Kitchen with Character
The heart of the home, a Harvey Jones kitchen, was given a complete refresh. We repainted the cabinetry in French Gray by Farrow & Ball (colour-matched in durable eggshell), and replaced all the handles with bespoke pieces from Plank. The extractor fan was also upgraded to a discreet, in-ceiling model, freeing up visual space and allowing the kitchen island to shine as the true centrepiece of the room.
Interiors with Flow and Light
Every room in the house was redecorated in soft, calming tones, creating a consistent flow throughout. We installed new lighting across the property to enhance natural light and highlight architectural features.
Upstairs, the bathroom was reconfigured to make the most of the eaves. We fitted bespoke ply cupboards for clever storage and introduced a new vanity unit with a contemporary basin and marble top — striking a perfect balance between practicality and design.
